As far as possible use dark, infact black background on your PC or laptop........ black or dark desktop. This save lot of energy. IT sector companies and other which uses a lot of computer for long hours may motivate their employees to use dark background for every thing even if you are typing on word or email,,,,,,, it looks cool n save energy
