Green Ideas

While it's great that the $789 billion stimulus bill will create thousands of Green Collar jobs, one has to wonder, do we have the workforce to fill those positions? 

With the U.S unemployement rate at 7.6%  the logical step would be to provide more funding at the community college level for programs that can get more people into Green Collar positions fast.
