Sometimes, whether we like it or not, we end up accumulating too many plastic bags--either from grocery shopping or from other shops. While many people make an effort to use re-usable grocery bags, at times there is just no other choice than to accept plastic shopping bags.;So what can we do with all those plastic shopping bags?

The San Jose, CA,  City Council has passed one of the USA's strictest shopping bag bans, voting to bar retailers from giving out paper and plastic bags.
