Okay I'll just stop using paper start handing in my reports scratched on stone tablets, but I bet you people would find some to complain about with that too.
Get a job!
Dude - check out the facts.
Tue, 01/20/2009 - 07:25 — AjayDude - check out the facts. Seemed unbelievable to me too that an A4 sheet of paper would take 10 liters to produce, so I had to google and look it up. I hope it's not true, because if it is, we've gotta stop using paper and go with soft copies/electronic wherever possible....
Usually typewriter or laser printer paper weighs 80 g/m2.
According to World-Watch, March/April 20008, it takes 10 liters to produce a single sheet of A4 paper weighing 80 g/m2.

There ARE many ways we waste water, but 10L for ONE sheet is bordering on stupid. That's a whole river for what I find stored in my local copy/print store. Come on! User your brain a bit...
I guess it does take a whole
Tue, 01/20/2009 - 07:27 — AjayI guess it does take a whole river. Check out the worldwatch article. pretty crazy.
