Here, in Estonia, milk isn't sold in big canisters, but it would be a lot better when everyone comes to store with their own canister, and liquids such as milk, water, beverages and other would be sold like that. Like in large factorys are big tanks. Use the tanks in store also, we would cut back from single use plastic bags and other small things that usually are being burned at homes, that create air pollution. Think about it, most people arent that dumb to throw away a re-usable package such as plastic containers. I mean from 1-10 liters.
