In my oponion there are only the two most problems that our earth is in danger zone. One is encreasing over population and other is rapidly cutting of trees.
Make Rain water harvesting a must for all houses and offices in urban cities.

Firstly they face acute shortage of water during first half of year and then there is flooding of streets during rainy seasons due to improper and inadequate drainage system. Some cities in India like New Delhi, Bangalore have incorporated rain harvesting policies in their state policies. However what remains a fact is that rain water harvesting is not widely acknowledged across most other major cities.

IT sector companies and other which uses a lot of computer for long hours may motivate their employees to use dark background for every thing even if you are typing on word or email,,,,,,, it looks cool n save energy
