Save Electricity - Here are the ways

I have tried to reduce the number of lights i use and replace most of them with CFLs. There were few laces where i could not replace, but i have replaced the bulbs with CFLs and it has reduced my electricity bills. I live in an apartment with multiple floors, so we all pooled in to set up a Solar Water heater. It works amazing. I have stopped using my massive water heater and get hot water from solar  heater.

I have reduced my electricity bill from 700 INR to 400 INR and i already love it.
I would suggest every one to contribute and save our planet earth.

I guess I tuned into San Francisco Mayor Gavin Newsom's brainwaves or the 'collective consciousness' of the US mayors. 

Gavin Newsom bans bottled water!

In June of 2008, a significant majority of the 250 mayors that met during the 75th annual US Conference of Mayors meeting in Miami agreed to eliminate the use of bottled water inside their city government offices.

planting trees can reduce heat

     hi to everyone, I'm vignesh and I'm 15. Spea king about global warming, the thing that lit up on my mind is TREES. I really am having a good idea on planting trees. I want the government to make a law. It says, " every citizen must plant trees. The one who has a two wheeler must plant 1 tree and the one who has 4 wheelers must plant 2 trees. IT should be in the order '1 tree for 2 wheel'". This is my idea, if anyone finds mistake in it, please pardon me, because i am new to here. But I hope, It WILL WORK.
